Negative energy (including images) is sticky, clingy and likes to attach. We may not recognize negative energy is causing us to find ourselves unhappy, unmotivated, and stuck in a space that is not naturally who we are.
Feelin' our positive mindset keeps us on track and ready for all of life’s joys, and any of life’s challenges. We maintain our "sweet spots" and gravitate to them when needed.

B – BE – just BE, be you, and be brave. Tell life "I’m here and I’m coming for more. "
E – EXPLORE NEW IDEAS, NEW THINGS. Do something you’ve always wanted to do but may have pushed back because you don’t have time, or because you’re afraid of something different. Embrace new things.
S – SHED THE BAGGAGE, the past doesn’t serve us EXCEPT that we learn from it. Let go!
T – TAKE AN INVENTORY of your life. Consider the WHO WHAT WHEN WHERE WHY and HOW of everything you do and everyone in your life, and decide if it or them is in line with your values and priorities. Then do what you need to do!
L – LOVE, of course, without love, the ultimate emotion, we have nothing, but we must first love ourselves.
I – INVEST IN YOURSELF. We talk about self-care so much these days, but do we do it? Do we take time for us? Are we self-ISH? Make time and take time to contribute to your own well-being, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
F - FORGIVE YOURSELF and FORGIVE OTHERS. We must free ourselves from holding on to hurt and holding on to anger. We can do better.
E –EXPRESS YOUR TRUTH, WITH CARE. We hold so much in and holding things in takes a toll on our body, mind, and soul. Expression can be through conversation, writing, artistic endeavors, exercise, whatever is personal to you, but it is important that we get things out so we can let the good in.
